Matt,
Continue to ride motorcycles with your grandpa and your dad. Cherish the bond you share with your dad and your
grandpa because God only knows when they will be gone. Remember all of the bike rallies that you had gone on with them?
Those were the times that made you who you are now.
Remember the one time that you made straight A's in the third grade? You haven't been that happy in your whole life.
Just put your head to your grades, and it will come again.
In the 8th grade you got the gold medal in impromtu speaking. If it wasn't for the fact that you had shaved your head
the night before, you would have never won the contest. Luckily enough you know when screwing up can help.
Get past thinking that Friday night is the most important thing. Don't just party, but instead study as much as you can;
and still have a good time. Your grades should be most important to you because without them, you are miniscule in
this cruel world.
Don't worry about girls at this time in life. You have many things that you already worry about. You Don't neeed to
worry about them. All that they will cause is trouble
Keep playing golf when you can. Keep on practicing as much as you can. This addiction that you have may be the only
one that doesn't have a warning sign or a surgeon general sticker on it. Keep bringing your score down. Fore!
Chase after being a PGA pro or whatever it is that you want to get out of a career. Find the career you like, and pursue it.
Don't let anyone or anything else slow you down.
Don't look forward to the family front. It is OK, but it takes a lot of time and love. Hold out on the kids until you
are absolutely ready.
Yours Truely,
Yourself,
Matthew Barth
